Warranty and Repair

The Service Center was created at SPC Doza to provide warranty and post-warranty support and repair for all radiation monitoring equipment and instruments manufactured by the company.
The main activity of the Service Center is carrying out diagnostic work, maintenance, repairs, and if necessary – modernization of instruments and systems manufactured by DOZA. This approach allows the customer to maximize the lifetime of the supplied equipment and save their own resources. The Service Center carries out a full repair cycle, including device maintenance, factory settings recovery, fine tuning, calibration and metrological verification.


The work is carried out by the employees with higher technical education and extensive work experience. The professionalism and responsibility of the Service Center employees is the key to our many years of successful work in the maintenance and repair of precision measuring instruments. Efficiency and high quality are the main priorities in the Center operation.
