Lean manufacturing

Being the industry leader, SPC DOZA grow in different directions: the supply of our products increase, new projects fulfill, new developments appear. But any growth has its limitation in resources whether it is technology, human or time. This encourage our company to use modern and effective technological instruments to overcome the growth barrier. We see Lean Manufacturing as one of such instruments.


In 2018 SPC DOZA became one of the first companies who join the ROSATOM Supplier Development Program and start implementing the Rosatom Production System (RPS), where the Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement are the core principles. In 2021, after completion of the ROSATOM Production System adaptation, the company was able to get into advanced partnership program with ROSATOM.


Due to the implementation of the ROSATOM Production System SPC DOZA increase productivity, reduce production time, optimize manufacturing and office processes. Further development of the Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles is one of our main priority.
