SPC Doza has developed a new dosimeter of pulse neutron radiation DBN-A03D for thermonuclear reactors, accelerators and pulse reactors, as well as to determine doses during runaway self-sustaining chain reaction.
The dosimeter is under certification procedure for type approval of measuring instrument now and it is to be delivered for thermonuclear projects, such as accelerators of SKIF, Sibir types, thermonuclear facilities Tokamaks, and others. This new development has already been included in major projects that will be implemented within the framework of RF state program "Development of nuclear power engineering".
DBN-A03D dosimeter is an own initiative development of SPC Doza. There are no pulse neutron radiation units in Russia at the moment. Active development of thermonuclear program, emergence of accelerators of new generation, along with legal requirement strengthening in field of radiation safety have required modern certified equipment of serial production. This new development of the company is designed to solve tasks related to pulse neutron radiation measurements. DBN-A03D will be able to operate both independently and as part of radiation monitoring systems.
