SPC "Doza" has developed and manufactured 7 systems of monitoring gas-aerosol and iodine effluents/ Stack Monitors on order of Kursk NPP.
The configuration of systems includes as follows:
- Particulate monitor UDA-1AB;
- Iodine monitor UDI-1B;
- Noble gas monitor UDG-1B;
- Ethernet switchboard with a control panel that displays the operating modes.
In the Ethernet switchboard there is a built-in computer to control the blowers.
Also, at customer's option a temperature sensor is included in the systems, which measures the sample’s temperature to calculate the effluent as accurately as possible.
All system components are installed on special racks. New stainless steel stop valves have been applied in their manufacture. Delivery of rack-mount equipment is very convenient, as it reduces installation time and increases installation quality, and it eliminates errors as much as possible.
A peculiarity of these systems is that they are certified according to 3rd safety class. In Russia there have been no analogues yet.
The order for design and manufacture was executed promptly. The company's specialists met the deadline comparable to the manufacture according to ready-made drawings. At the moment, all equipment is being prepared for shipment to the customer.
