SPC "Doza" has designed and supplied a large lot of equipment of the lower level of the automated radiation monitoring system (ARMS) for Smolensk NPP, power unit No 3. In accordance with the customer’s technical assignment all components of the system are installed in special racks.
This ARMS equipment consists of:
- Particulate monitors UDA-1AB;
- Noble gas monitors UDG-1B;
- Iodine monitors UDI-1B;
- Process media monitors UDGP-01;
- Data acquisition stations SSD-02D;
- Wide range gamma area monitors DBG-S11D;
- Hand-foot-clothing monitors RZBA-07D.
An implementation in special racks is a distinguish feature of this project. About 30 types of different racks, which equipment installed on and tested in the production environment, have been designed by our enterprise. In this assembled condition the equipment was supplied to Smolensk NPP, the customer. A supply of equipment in rack is very convenient, it shortens time and improves quality of installation while maximally excluding errors.
