The most popular instrument for radon measurements in the Russian Federation and neighboring countries. Radiometers RRA-01M-01 are widely used by laboratories and services for performing express measurements of radon concentration in air and in water.
Radon monitor RRA-01M-03 provides continuous measurement (monitoring) of radon and thoron concentrations, atmospheric pressure and air humidity in its location. The RRA-01M-03 can be used as a reference instrument for verification or calibration of other radon measuring instruments. In combination with sampling device POU-04 the RRA-01M-03 provides measurements of radon in different media (air, water, soil) and radon flux measurements for radon mapping of prospective building sites.
Sampling kit POU-04 is intended for use with radon radiometers RRA-01M-01 and radon monitors RRA-01M-03, it enhances the functionality of those instruments for radon measurements.
Portable instrument for measurement of equivalent equilibrium concentration of radon and thoron decay products in the air (EECRn) for which the reference levels are set in the Russian Federation and in some other countries.
The radon monitoring kit based on charcoal adsorbers, intended for a variety of radon measurement applications. The kit is suitable for indoor radon concentration measurements in workplaces and dwellings in the context of large scale radon surveys. Exposure of radon detectors is followed by measurement of radon decay products (daughters) in the charcoal by means of scintillation spectrometer “Progress”. Certified procedures are supplied with the kit that describe radon sampling techniques and formulas for radon daughters activity conversion into radon flux or radon concentration in air. The “Progress” software provides measurement of charcoal using gamma spectrometer, necessary conversion for computing the target value and reporting the measurement results.
Radiometer RGA-09M is intended for measurement of specific volume activity of natural radioactive aerosols (decay product of Radon-222) and estimation of the equivalent equilibrium volume activity (EEVA) of Radon and Thoron in the air. It is used at the NFC, coal and metal mining enterprises, in radiology departments of SES, etc.
