Fully autonomous mobile laboratory includes all necessary equipment for providing mobile radiological laboratory services during radiation surveys. By the customer’s preference, the laboratory can be housed within UAZ, Gazel, Ford or other automobile. MRLs “Poisk” contributed to radiation surveys performed in Russia and Yugoslavia, participated in exercises in Russia and Sweeden.
The dosimetric installation is intended for gamma surveys of the territories; it is usually considered as an integral part of the MRL “Poisk”. This installation ensures detection, localization and fast characterization of the radiation sources and radioactive pollutions together with determination of the geographical coordinates.
