New detection unit designed and released

Within the scope of the contract for supply of radiation monitoring system for the PIK high-flux reactor atB.P. Konstantinov Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute, SPC Doza in cooperation with State Research Center “Institute for High Energy Physics” (IHEP) of the NRC Kurchatov Institute designed a new detection unit BDPN-101D for measuring the thermal neutron flux density. Design and specifications of the unit were developed taking into account safety requirements and design documentation of PIK reactor. The unit consists of a thermal neutron detection module and interface module.
